Rugby (Years 3-6)

Rugby is a game that develops strength, stamina and cognitive abilities for children who enjoy to play whilst learning how to keep fit and healthy. Sporty Bees Rugby is not a heavy-contact sport, and we ensure all children practice in a safe and fun environment. Throwing and catching a rugby ball, and learning how to tackle, are just some of the fun activities children will learn. We also do a fun 'tug of war' game to build strength and increase fitness.
